* The participant speaker catagory applies only to participants who have submitted an abstract and whose abstract has been accepted. Authors of abstracts that have not been accepted but wish to participate in the conference, need to register at normal participant rate.

Please note that your registration is not complete before we have received your payment.
Also, note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.
On-line Registration
Please register on-line via the link on top of this page. Your registration will not be complete until we have received your payment of the registration fee.
On-site Registration
Registration made later than August 11, 2008 will be considered as on-site registration. To avoid expectable delays we urge prospective participants to register on-line before August 11.
Final Registration
We ask all registered participants to ‘sign in’ at the Registration Desk (Lakeside auditorium) upon arrival at the conference site. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.
Payment
Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of UC2008 c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state UC2008 and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.
Terms and conditions
Confirmation
If the Congress Secretariat receives the completed registration form before August 11, 2008, written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after August 11, 2008 will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after this date may lead to minor delays at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.
In the event that DIS Congress Service has not received your full payment for the Congress fee and/or related events/tours before August 1, 2008 ordered events/tours inclusive free events will be cancelled without any further notice. The cancelled events/tours can be re-booked and paid on-site if space is available.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded deducted a processing fee of DKK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the Conference Secretariat by July 18. After this date conference fees can no longer be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
