Reservation
In order to secure a type of accommodation that suits your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible. If you require a triple bedroom, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing, stating all names and arrival and departure dates.

The Conference Secretariat offers hotel accommodation at special reduced rates. Participants who wish to arrange for accommodation via the Conference Secretariat should indicate the preferred hotel on the hotel reservation form. Reservations will only be valid after the deposit has been received. Please note that reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis at the time of receipt of deposit payment (per room) by the Conference Secretariat. If the Hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated.

Located in the heart of Aarhus, our hotel offers great views of the city.

Our 234 hotel rooms and suites are designed in various distinct styles. The Restaurant Scenario features an impressive Scandinavian breakfast buffet and caters for our conference lunches and dinners.

Brand new hotel, which opens in June 2008.

The hotel is located in the cíty centre of Aarhus.

Cab Inn Århus ***

CAB INN Aarhus is built in 2001. Located in the absolute center of Aarhus at Store Torv and down to the cannel. 192 rooms in a high standard. All rooms are multi-purpose.
They are perfect for the single or for the family.
We have rooms for 1-3 persons. 50 of the rooms are approved to be used by wheelchair users

Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment.

The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon checkout. 

In case of cancellation or changes: Before 13 May, 2008 the deposit will be refunded - minus a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400; between 13 May and 1 July 2008 the deposit will only be refunded – minus a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400 – if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest. After 1 July 2008 no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that all hotels are legally authorised to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show. All changes must be made in writing to DIS Congress Service and not to the hotel.

All bookings will be made on a first-come first-served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
